Passengers can enjoy an easy train journey by following these 3 steps and paying attention to the relevant information.

Arrival in Hong Kong:

After the train has arrived at West Kowloon Station:

  1. Alight from the train at the platform on Level B4
  2. Head to Level B2 to complete one-time immigration formalities for both Hong Kong and Mainland China
  3. After arrival in Hong Kong, exit the gates using the train ticket and depart from the West Kowloon Station to continue your journey on foot or via a connecting transportation option.
