How to Redeem:
Location: Redemption Counter at B1 Ticketing Concourse, Hong Kong West Kowloon Station (near Hang Heung Cake Shop)

Each valid receipt can be registered to redeem one reward only. Coupons are limited in quantity and offered on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.
Coupons must be used on or before 31 May 2024 and cannot be used in conjunction with other offers. Multiple cash coupons with same type and value are accepted per transaction.

Terms and Conditions
- When redeeming coupons, customers are required to present the original same-day machine-printed electronic sales receipt issued by Designated Shops and the corresponding electronic payment slip with the matching value. Redemption counter staff reserves the right to copy customers' relevant documents for internal reference.
- The following receipts are not eligible for this offer: any Duty Free Shop receipts, High Speed Rail ticket, any non-designated electronic payment, temporary promotional booths, online shopping / takeaway order platform (including online shopping transaction which is paid at the physical shop), online payment (including collect in store) or transfer, purchase and usage of gift vouchers / coupons / gift cards / stored-value cards, reload of stored-value cards, bill payments, autopay, bank, foreign currency exchanges, insurance and value-added services, property rental and sale, domestic services, other non-retail related spending (for instance: care and maintenance services, repair services, goods delivery, dismantling services, installation services), school fees, purchase of travel or transport or entertainment related tickets fees or charges, phone cards, data cards, and handwritten receipts.
- Accepted electronic payment methods include credit cards, EPS, Octopus, AliPay, WeChat Pay, BoC Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, QuickPass, Tap & Go, Faster Payment System (FPS), Payme, Openrice Pay or other stored value facilities under the regulatory supervision of "Payment Systems and Stored Value Facilities Ordinance" (Cap.584).
- Each valid receipt can be registered to redeem one reward only and cannot be used repeatedly or in conjunction with other promotions.
- All receipts that have been used for redemption are not eligible for refund from the shop; if customers must get the refund, they must first return the redeemed reward to the redemption counter.
- Coupons are limited in quantity and offered on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last. If all coupons are redeemed before the end of the redemption period, this event will end early without any further notice or compensation.
- Each HK$10 Dining coupon can be used at designated Food & Beverage shops upon every net spending of HK$50 or above. Each HK$100 Dine & Shop coupon can be used at all designated shops upon every net spending of HK$300 or above.
- Coupons must be used on or before 31 May 2024. Different types and values of coupons cannot be used at the same time. Coupons are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash and no change will be given. Please see the back of the coupon for usage details.
- MTR Corporation Limited reserve the right to withdraw and cancel the cash coupons arising from resale purposes.
- Participating Shops refer to the shops which are still participating in the Promotion on the day of the transaction. Participating Shops could be changed and updated by the MTR Corporation from time to time without prior notice.
- The staff of Hong Kong West Kowloon Station and all tenants are not eligible for participation in any redemption programme.
- MTR Corporation Limited reserves the right to alter or terminate the above terms and conditions without prior notice.
- The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance shall not apply to the terms and conditions herein.
- MTR Corporation Limited reserve the right to make the final decision in the event of any disputes.
