This Christmas, Peter Rabbit has come to Hong Kong West Kowloon Station. In addition to many Christmas photo spots, there will also be a series of surprise Christmas activities, including Christmas candies giveaways and redemption for limited-edition Peter Rabbit Christmas gift set, you can experience the festive atmosphere together with Peter Rabbit and start your magical Christmas journey!

After arriving at Hong Kong West Kowloon Station, remember that Peter Rabbit will be waiting for you at three locations, including the Christmas Cozy Gift Garden (near Shop G-13 on Level G), the Christmas Sweet Candy Garden and the Christmas Magical Journey Corridor (near Shop B1-7 on Level B1). Remember to visit all three photo spots to take pictures with Peter Rabbit and share this surprise filled with festive atmosphere with your loved ones.

[Limited Edition Peter Rabbit Christmas Gift Redemption Activity]

From 23 December 2023 to 26 December 2023, customers can redeem one set of Peter Rabbit Christmas luggage tag and stickers upon spending HK$300 or above^{^} at designated shops at Hong Kong West Kowloon Station via electronic payment (Quota: a total of 500 sets). Upon redemption of the gift set at designated redemption counter at the Station, customers are required to present the original same-day machine-printed electronic sales receipt issued by Participating Merchants and the corresponding electronic payment slip with the matching value. Gifts are available on a first come first served basis every day while stocks last.

1. Promotion Period: 23 December 2023 to 26 December 2023 (both dates inclusive)
2. Customers can redeem one set of Peter Rabbit Christmas luggage tag and stickers upon spending HK$300 or above (a maximum of 2 same-day machine-printed sales receipts and corresponding electronic payment slips) at designated shops at Hong Kong West Kowloon Station via electronic payment. Limited to one redemption per person per day while stocks last.
3. The redemption counter is located at Level G Ground Floor at Hong Kong West Kowloon Station (near Shop G-7B), operating from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm during the Promotion Period. Gifts are available on a first come first served basis every day while stocks last.
4. Upon redemption of the gift set at designated redemption counter at the Station, customers are required to present the original same-day machine-printed electronic sales receipt issued by Participating Merchants and the corresponding electronic payment slip with the matching value. Redemption counter staff reserves the right to copy customers' relevant documents for internal reference.
5. The following receipts are not eligible for this offer: High Speed Rail ticket, Any non-designated electronic payment, temporary promotional booths, online shopping / takeaway order platform (including online shopping transaction which is paid at the physical shop), online payment (including collect in store) or transfer, purchase and usage of gift vouchers / coupons / gift cards / stored-value cards, reload of stored-value cards (except game centre), bill payments, autopay, bank, foreign currency exchanges, insurance and value-added services, property rental and sale, domestic services, other non-retail related spending (for instance: care and maintenance services, repair services, goods delivery, dismantling services, installation services), school fees, purchase of travel or transport or entertainment related tickets fees or charges, phone cards, data cards, and handwritten receipts.
6. Accepted electronic payment methods include credit cards, EPS, Octopus, AliPay, WeChat Pay, BoC Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, QuickPass, Tap & Go, Faster Payment System (FPS), Payme, Openrice pay or other stored value facilities under the regulatory supervision of "Payment Systems and Stored Value Facilities Ordinance" (Cap.584)).
7. Each valid machine-printed sales receipt can be used for one redemption only. Duplicate use is not allowed.
8. Designated participating merchants refer to the merchants which are still participating in the Promotion on the day of the transaction. Participating Merchants could be changed and updated by the MTR Corporation from time to time without prior notice.
9. The staff of Hong Kong West Kowloon Station and all tenants are not eligible for participation in any redemption programme.
10. MTR Corporation Limited reserves the right to alter or terminate the above terms and conditions without prior notice.
11. The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance shall not apply to the terms and conditions herein.
12. MTR Corporation Limited reserve the right to make the final decision in the event of any disputes.
