Hong Kong West Kowloon Station keeps improving its service to enhance customer experience.
The new Priority Lane provides a smoother channel for First Class, Premium Class and Business Class passengers as well as passengers with special needs* for real-name checking/ticket verification, baggage and security checks at the departure concourse (Level B1).
The taxi queueing arrangements at the station have also been enhanced. Instead of queuing up for a taxi, arrival passengers and those needing to continue their journey by taxi can get a taxi ticket via one of the channels listed below. You can then enjoy your free time for shopping at the station or planning your trip. What's more, seats (including priority seats) are available near the taxi pick up area to provide a more comfortable waiting environment for passengers.

- Scan the taxi ticket QR code displayed at the station
- Self-service Taxi Ticket Collection Machine located at the Arrival Concourse (Level B2)
